Troubleshooting

SYMPTOMPOSSIBLE REASONSOLUTION
Display unit does not clearly display image from WiScopeImager camera covered/dirtyClean imager lens with microfiber cloth
WiScope is not discoverable in WiCollabWiScope is in router mode and the app device is not connected to the same Wi-Fi networkHard reset WiScope connection mode by 5 second hold of LED buttons, simultaneously to return the WiScope to P2P mode. Clearing WiCollab app cache/data is final solution.
Units will not switch onBattery is critically lowCharge unit until battery indicator light is solid green
Battery does not hold chargeFaulty batteryContact customer service
Unit will not chargePower supply is not plugged inCheck power supply connection and secure to power source.
Damaged power supply/power cordReplace power supply.
Operating temperature is below 32°F or above 113°FPlace the unit in an environment with temperature of  32°F – 113°F and allow it to return to a neutral temperature before charging the unit.
Image on display is frozenProcessor locked upCycle power by holding power button for 10 seconds and then turning the unit back on by pressing the power button again
