Troubleshooting

SYMPTOMPOSSIBLE REASONSOLUTION
Display unit does not clearly display image from WiTorch®Imager camera covered/dirtyClean camera lens
WiTorch® is not discoverable in WiCollab®WiTorch® is in router mode and the app device is not connected to the same Wi-Fi networkHard reset WiTorch® connection mode by 5 second hold of Zoom and LED button, simultaneously to return the WiTorch® to P2P mode. Clearing WiCollab® app cache is secondary solution.
Units will not switch onBattery is critically lowCharge unit until battery indicator light is solid green
Battery does not hold chargeFaulty batteryContact customer service

Damaged power supply/power cord


Operating temperature is below 32°F or above 113°F


Check power supply connection and secure to power source.



Replace power supply.



Place the unit in an environment with temperature of  32°F – 113°F and allow it to return to a neutral temperature before charging the unit.
